Why this, why here
From June to September the courts are empty between ten and seven because the surface is 140 degrees. There is not one indoor tennis court in the city. There are a handful of clay courts in the whole metro, and every one of them is outdoors.
Clay is slower, it lets you slide, and it is easier on knees and hips than acrylic over concrete. Put it inside and the season is twelve months long. That is the whole idea.
Founding membership
A club like this gets built when enough people say they want it. If you sign up below you are telling us you would join. When we have a site under contract we will come back to founding members first, with a refundable deposit, before anything is public.
This club does not exist yet. Nothing here is a promise until it does. The list is the first step.
Whatever founding dues are set at, they stay there for as long as you remain a member. Target is around $100 a month.
Founding members book further ahead than anyone else. Permanent.
Site, hours, guest policy, whether there is a padel court in the corner. Founders get asked first.
